Home Health Agency

Our licensed Home Health Agency is agency directed care, meaning you are an employee of our company and will follow a care plan created by our Registered Nurse.

  • As an employee, you are covered under Workers’ Compensation Insurance, General and Professional Liability Insurance, including theft and non-owned auto coverage, federal and state unemployment insurance, any and all payroll costs.

  • Annual W-2

Nurse Registry

Licensed Nurse Registry is consumer directed care, meaning you are an Independent Contractor and will follow the direction of the consumer and carry your own liability insurance.

  • As an independent contractor, you will carry your own general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000/3,000,000, which typically runs about $100.00(+/-) for the year.

  • There is no Workers’ Compensation coverage.

  • Annual 1099

Current Open Positions

We have the following positions open in the Pinellas and western Pasco County areas.

  • The RN position will be a direct employee (W2) for a small Private Duty In Home Care Agency.

    The position is M-F with flexible scheduling. The RN is responsible for in-home client assessment of ADL and IADL needs, creating a care plan with specific tasks to meet individual client needs, medication review, client and caregiver supervision and coordination with family and/or responsible parties.

    The role requirements include: Current Florida RN License, current CPR, Valid Florida Drivers License, Current Auto Insurance, 2 Verifiable Work References, a Physical &TB test w/in the last 6 months, CEU's 2hr. course each in AIDS/HIV Training, Alzheimer's Training, Level 2 Background Screening, Motor Vehicle Report, In House Drug Screening, Orientation to the role prior to start of employment.
